Colonial offers you this complementary channel to which you can direct with the objective of expressing any dissatisfaction or discrepancy related to both the services and facilities that are provided in the property, and in the relationship that maintains with our company.

Our commitments are:

  • Always send a reply mail as proof of receipt
  • Contact you within the same working day in which it has been sent
  • Periodically analyze the set of emails received in order to try to prevent that the events that caused them could happen again
